ETS has introduced the TOEFL Home version for applicants wishing to take the TOEFL test during the pandemic from the comfort of their homes. Candidates who are eligible to appear for the TOEFL exam are in for a pleasant surprise. The TOEFL exam is frequently offered using the TOEFL iBT computer delivery technique (internet-based test). To allow candidates who want to take the TOEFL exam have more access, ETS just launched the TOEFL Test on Paper in India. Additionally, there is the TOEFL Home Edition, a version of the TOEFL iBT exam that applicants can take in the comfort of their own homes. Candidates who want to take the TOEFL test will need to pay US$190 for each of the three forms of the test.
The TOEFL iBT Home Edition test is identical to the TOEFL iBT test you would take in a test center, thus results can be interpreted and applied similarly. Nearly all universities that offer the TOEFL iBT test accept scores from both the Home Edition and the Test Center test equally. Even though they accept the TOEFL iBT test, not all universities specifically offer it on their websites because they already list the TOEFL iBT test. - Listening- 20, Reading – 19, Speaking – 20 to 21, Writing – 20
